The 54-voice ensemble has performed throughout The world in Concert performances and Choral festivals to great acclaim. They are widely recognized for presenting and preserving great works of Choral literature from a wide range of traditions from around The world that express The region’s diversity. The group is equally committed to innovative and dramatic presentations, as well as promoting The Choral art through The premieres of new works by Stephen Schwartz, Richard Burchard, Eric William Barnum, and Joshua Shank, to name a few.

Last July, over 100 BIG Sing members flash mobbed The Maldon Tesco Store and The YouTube video has had over 16,000 views, raising money for Cancer Research UK. As well as community events, The BIG Sing have hosted Their own sold out shows in Essex and have many more coming up this year!
As The BIG Sing grows we are continuing to reach out to more people of all ages and backgrounds. We aim to unite people with uplifting music and have seen The Choir members grow in confidence, experience The thrill of performing on stage, make new friends and belong to a new Choir family.
