The Choir, which has a membership of around 30 voices, was formed in 2007 by its Musical Director, Sheila Farmer. A Cappella is a touring Choir, having visited Prague and France, and hoping to make a tour to Spain in The near future. The Choir rehearses every oTher Saturday morning, between 10 a.m. and noon.

Mariotti”, Perugia. The School Choir itself has, over The years, gone from strength to strength despite The need for constant renewal caused by The inevitable “turnover” as new students took The places of those who left. However, after this experience, which has included many Concerts in The region, participations in Choir Festivals in Italy and artistic exchanges with Youth Choirs from Germany, Hungary, Spain, Denmark and The Czech Republic, our desire to continue singing and, of course, The joy which singing togeTher gave us all made it obvious that The time had clearly come to establish a group which could allow us to continue our musical journey togeTher. In its 30 year history, The Choir has sung in The most prestigious venues, not only in The UK but also all over Europe, forming strong bonds of friendship with several Choirs from overseas. The Choir continues to grow in strength and has won awards for contributions to Choral music and Cornish culture.
