Pre...  moreEnsemble quartonal: Beati Mortui (Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy) Das "Ensemble quartonal" wurde im Jahr 2006 von vier ehemaligen Mitgliedern der Chorknaben Uetersen gegründet. Im Mai 2010 konnte das junge Quartett beim Deutschen Chorwettbewerb den 1. Preis in der erstmals ausgeschriebenen Kategorie der klassischen Ensembles gewinnen und wurde damit über die Landesgrenzen hinaus bekannt. Diese Aufnahme stammt von einem Konzert im Lübecker Dom.

Come experience the joy of Latin American music through choral singing! Amazonia Vocal Ensemble was founded in 2007 by Dr. Cristian Grases, and debuted on Nov. 30 of that year at St. Dominic Catholic Church in Miami. The Ensemble rehearses weekly and is comprised of volunteer musicians, both professional and amateur. The Ensemble has performed throughout Miami-Dade and Broward counties, as well in Naples in 2009 & 2012, Puerto Rico in 2010, and most recently in Washington DC in 2015. The repertoire performed by Amazonia Vocal Ensemble is typically in Spanish but also in other American languages and original dialects such us Portuguese (Brazil), Papiamento (Aruba-Curazao), Quechua (Perú) and Chiquitano (Bolivia) among others.  less

Under the musical direction of Kevin Fox (UK) and the baton of house conductor Erez Tal, Vocalocity performs mostly original arrangements of a range of cutting-edge rock/pop/jazz music. The Singers, all of whom come from a background in modern a cappella, range in age but are mostly around their 20s-30s. After a fruitful year, including 3 full-house concerts and several festivals, working with leading acapella masters such as Line Groth and Eric Bosio, collaborating with leading arrangers, composers and artists and recording for the upcoming Swingle Singers CD, we are looking forward 2015 with a visit to Aarhus Vocal Festival and creating some new recording and video clips of our own. Being a recent Ensemble, it premiered in the March 2015 concert with the Lenten Concert (Solidarity Concert in favor of Maria Lara) in the Chapel of Covão do Coelho and the Church of Minde, with works by T.L de Victoria, A. Caldara, A. Scarlatti, J.S. Bach, G.
