Modern Belarusian music takes a large part of our repertoire, thanks to that we are happy to open Belarus to other nations.

The New Jersey Choral Society’s repertoire is among the most diverse in the area, each season providing exciting musical opportunities and experiences for both singer and audience member. The NJCS season consists of December holiday concerts, Pops concerts in March, featuring music from Broadway, American standards and jazz, and late spring concerts of major Choral masterpieces and classical selections. With a large repertoire ranging from art to popular music, and stretching from the medieval to the contemporary in style, this choir gives many concerts throughout the academic year, both in Ireland and abroad. Following a competitive selection process each September, eighteen gifted students are awarded a scholarship, with recipients of the award coming from a range of academic disciplines across the university, from Music to Medicine, Law, Agricultural Science, Commerce and Engineering.
The choir regularly broadcasts on Irish television and radio. Since its formation in 1999, the group frequently performs with orchestras, including the RTÉ Concert Orchestra, the Earley Musicke Ensemble and the European Union Chamber Orchestra, and on the university campus with the UCD Symphony Orchestra and Philharmonic Choir. Lifted by one hundred voices accompanied by professional soloists and orchestras, Paris Choral Society programs draw on celebrated requiems, masses and other pieces by Mozart, Handel, Boulanger, Verdi, Haydn, Hildegard von Bingen, Bach, Fauré and Mendelssohn, to name a few.
We also perform the finest in modern Choral works by Benjamin Britten, Nathaniel Dett, Maurice Duruflé, Elaine Hagenberg, Kim Porter, Carl Rütti and others with occasional forays into American hymns and spirituals and operatic favorites.
