All of the other songs sound amazing and this one is covered up and sounds like a lower video quality. South Salem High School's Symphonic Choir preforming at the Oregon 6A Choir championships. The fabulous amazing spectacular Carol Stenson is their long standing director. South Salem took FIRST PLACE at Oregon's State Competition. This was their second song of four. This whole competition took place at George Fox University in Newburg Oregon. The South Salem Saxons also took first at their Districts festival in Salem/Keizer Oregon. This Choir performs 20-30 times a year at various School, and community events. They placed 1st at the Alberta Provincial Music Festival in May 2012. They perform a variety of styles of Music with an emphasis placed on A Cappella arrangements.  

Ave Maria, Thomas Keesecker - performed by the Choirs of the South Carolina Governor's School of the Arts and Humanities, April 2013. The piece was performed at St Peter's Basilica in Rome on March 15, 2013.

It came Highly Commended in Westminster School's Carol Competition in 2012, and was the first Highly Commended entry in The Times Carol Competition in 2013. Due to the projects such as operas, international tours and TV concerts the Choir enjoys a fine popularity.
