The Chamber Choir Sings a varied repertoire of classical liturgical And secular music from the Renaissance to the present, as well as arrangements of spirituals And songs from around the world, Israeli And Jewish music, And more. The choir performs regularly in churches And concert spaces in Jerusalem And around Israel And has performed in festivals And programs in France, Italy, Spain, Germany, the United States, And SwitzerlAnd. The Jerusalem Oratorio Chamber Choir is an unaffiliated choir whose membership spans the religious/secular And political divide in Israeli society. We think everyone can sing And complete beginners, shower singers And pros are all welcome. With no auditions And no requirements to read music it’s all about the enjoyment of singing. We sing for 3 terms a year And each term ends with a fantastic end of term charity gig, it’s great to be able to give back to the local community whilst enjoying ourselves so much! We sing everything from Queen And Aretha Franklin to Hozier And Florence And the Machine, And have members ranging in age from 20-70, there is really something for everyone! This is our choir's 10th year And we're always looking for new members, so if you fancy a sing please get in touch.
