We sing repertoire in the styles Jazz, Soul, Gospel, Pop and focus during weekly lessons on blend, enthousiasm, musicality & empowerment of singers through excercises on all the aspects of singing and singing in a Vocal Group. We are 2 young ensembles, but we aim towards performing and giving concerts. We are still looking for new singers, also men!  less

We acknowledge the love of God, by singing Soul inspiring songs and to proclaim the word of God through Music. Mission We pursue to sing Soul inspiring music with religious and patriotic songs as a way of sensitizing the power of gospel music on nature to our various friends and love ones. Biography The Celestial City Choir was initiated by two music students at University of Education, Winneba in 2010. It's formation or foundation began in early January 2011. The members who contributed to the founding were all members from Bantama Seventh-Day Adventist Church about 8 members. Later more hands were called in and official inauguration was done on June 4th 2011.  less

We bring the exuberant and uplifting sound of gospel music to these two central L...  moreWe recorded 'The Prayer' in isolation during the Covid-19 pandemic as we couldn't sing in our usual venues, St James's Church, Piccadilly and Farm Street Church in Mayfair. We bring the exuberant and uplifting sound of gospel music to these two central London churches each month. We wanted a song that spoke to hope and community so we decided on 'The Prayer' as a way of bringing hope and comfort to those that hear the song.
