The words are my own and tell of children playing their games in the duSty Streets (ie of Bethlehem) unaware that a miracle has happened and asking them to look up to the angels and join their singing. The performance here is by the Composer's Choir conducted by Daniel Shaw.  

The Vocal Art Ensemble of Davis, California, in a joint Concert with the Garda Male Voice Choir and the Carrigaline Singers of Ireland, a performance of Eric Whitacre's "Sleep." This was the fifth Concert on VAE's performance tour of Ireland, September 2-11, 2010.
