We offer an opportunity for young people to sing and produce music both formally and informally through regular rehearsals and concerts, as well as local workshops and residential weekends.  

We formed as Manx Girls Choir in 1952. MGC travelled widely in Europe and had a High standard. In 2003, we changed our name to Manx Voices. MGC travelled widely in Europe and had a High standard. In 2003, we changed our name to Manx Voices. We love singing to community groups, in church services and concerts. We compete in our local music festivals and have sung on stage with Blake. We are a very democratic, mutually supportive group of women ranging in age from 10 to 70!

Many of our singers are School music teachers and voice teachers. We perform a wide variety of music from classical and broadway to pop and vocal jazz. The choir was founded in 2011 by friends who have spent their lives teaching others to perform, but whom rarely get the chance to sing anymore.
