Launched in 2006, this choir for treble and changing voices continues to expand its horizons, develop its membership and satisy a variety of musical tastes. The choir has toured throughout British Columbia and Alberta. In July 2011, they sang in Ottawa at the Unisong festival for Canada Day, and in July 2013 the group was featured at the presitigious and exciting international Festival 500 in St. John’s, Newfoundland. Wherever the choir travels, we spread the joy of music-making and hope to bring communities together through song. Shumayela offers a focus on thorough and excellent music education, with singers learning about healthy vocal production, the body-voice connection, and vibrant performance presence as well as a strong emphasis on musical literacy, music theory, and sightsinging skills. The chorale is an adult auditioned (SATB) community based Chorus based in NE Philadelphia. Our current Artistic Director is Gary Eslinger. We perform 2-6 concerts per year at venues throughout the five county Philadelphia area.

Het doel van Miracle Sound is om het Barbershopzingen bekend te maken bij een groter publiek maar vooral: plezier maken! Het repertoire bestaat uit evergreens, love- en popsongs, musicals en ballads. Through dedication a...  moreThe Harmonious Chorale-Ghana is a multiple award winning non - denominational, semi-professional Choir established in the capital of Ghana, Accra, in 2005 as a Quartet which later transformed into a full-fledged Choir in October 2007. Through dedication and hard-work, The Harmonious Chorale has carved for itself a niche and an identity which has provided mentoring opportunity for many choral groups in and outside Ghana, staging over thirty five (35) well executed and attended concerts in Ghana alone. In 2018, Harmonious Chorale became Champions of the World Choir Games (Category C28) during its maiden participation in Tshwane, South Africa. It also picked up three Gold Diplomas in the competition.  less

We started in small number of members until it grew bigger and bigger. During those times we were known to be a very good chorale group in our Diocese. It was the time where or group shined the most. Like other groups, our group also had its flop. Some of us are already busy studying in college after we graduated high school. That's why we need to find new members. We suffered from having lack of commitment of other members, and it gave us a difficult time to find new members. But our Maestro never gave up. He continued to build the group. We have a lot of plans to build again and let this group shine again with its brightest light. We are still sharing our music because welove this group and the passion to serve Christ through music is burning within our hearts.  less
