Comprising forty highly skilled and experienced choristers, the choir is dedicated to recording and performing the compositions of their conductor, Franco Prinsloo. Born in 1987, Prinsloo is a world-renowned composer whose innovative works have significantly enriched the cultural landscape of South Africa. The choir’s mission is to serve as the instrument through which Prinsloo’s music comes to life, maintaining a highly professional standard in all their endeavors. Goals are to create a place for men to hone and renew their love of singing, and to provide a home in the choral community. There is an equal emphasis on musical excellence and camaraderie. Male singers age 18 and up, of all experience levels are invited to join.

Papandopulo composed "Pozdrav Zori dalmatinskoj" on August 1st 1976 in Opatija (Croatia). Written in 1844 by Ana Vrdoljak, a poetess from Imostski (Croatia), the lyrics of this song date back to the times of Illyrian movement, celebrating the launching of the magazine "Zora dalmatinska", a literary and educational weekly issued in Zadar, thus being the first Croatian literary magazine to be issued outside Zagreb (from 1844 to 1849). The song was published on the cover of the No. 44 of the magazine, issued on October 28th 1844.  less
