We range in age from 18 to 75. We strive to inspire Singers, audiences and Community through the beauty and power of diverse Chorale music. We perform four major Concerts per year, including a holiday program, a cLassical performance with orchestra, and a spring pops Concert.  

Lass="view_more">Macquarie Singers is one of the largest Community choirs in the district. Under the guise of other names, we have been in continuous existence for over 50 years and are currently conducted by the Highly experienced and talented Dr Sarah Penicka-Smith. Under the guise of other names, we have been in continuous existence for over 50 years and are currently conducted by the Highly experienced and talented Dr Sarah Penicka-Smith. We meet on Monday nights at Trinity Chapel, Robert Menzies College from 7.00-9.30pm during School terms. There are no auditions and everyone is welcome, regardless of musical experience.

We are a mixed-voice choir of around 30 Singers, performing a wide variety of secular and sacred "cLassical"; Choral music. We mainly sing a cappella, and tend to focus on lesser-known older works, and modern repertoire, often from living composers. However, this is by no means exclusive! The choir sings three main Concerts per year, with a charity carol Concert just before Christmas.
