Each member auditioned by our choirmaster, Andre van der Merwe, and attends Stellenberg High School. Our repertoire consists mainly of Gospel, Acapella, Classical, Folk/Ethnic, and Sacred music. we compete in various national and international competitions and strive to share beautiful music with the world while being cultural ambassadors for our country. Achievements: - Overall winners of the "ATKV Nasionale Applous-kompetisie" for 12 times (1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2011). - In 2002 they won the category for Women's Choirs at the Llangollen International Eisteddfod in Wales. - In 2004, we were awarded the Highest percentage for any choir at the World Choir Olympics. - In 2006 we won the much acclaimed Choir of the World trophy in Llangollen Wales. ...    onclick="$(this).getParent().getPrevious().style.display='';$(this).getParent().style.display='none';">less

At full strength, we have over 80 talented members and we have recently launched a smaller ‘function’ group – the ‘G:Force Executive’ for weddings and private functions. we support the national Sing Up campaign and perform regularly across the local community. This exciting and innovative choir rehearses every Tuesday evening during term time, from 6.30pm til 8.00pm. Join us for fun and laughter every week, plus great gigs, inspirational songs and memorable experiences! Why? Because the majority of our songs are arranged specially for us by our ridiculously talented in house music team. we perform all over London in clubs and pubs and can be relied upon to bring a sparkle to any occasion, as Musical Director Kat Yates explains: "In KiS (as we're known to our friends) we've really put the emphasis on fun - and our audiences relate to this. This whole competition took place at George Fox University in Newburg Oregon. The South Salem Saxons also took first at their Districts festival in Salem/Keizer Oregon. Marryatville High School's Special Interest Music caters for selected gifted students and students with musical potential. Choral music is an essential part of the musical development of these students. The Concert Choir is an auditioned choir of about 40.
