Being part of the Choir requires two very important elements - dedication and commitment - and it is evident that, over the years, these have remained at the core of the Choir, demonstrating the loyalty of the Choir members not only to each other but to keeping the talent of choral singing alive and well! Excellent performances just don't happen and a lot of hard work and effort is put in at every rehearsal, however, the camaraderie, enjoyed by everyone, is also a very special part of being a Choir Member. In 2005 the local Council of the borough of North Down conferred the status of Borough Ambassador on Bangor Ladies Choir. This is the first conferment ever to an external Organisation outside of the Council Membership and the Choir were privileged and proud to accept this unique position. In addition to the European repertoire, we love Spanish and Hispanic Music, both in Spanish and native languages. We also perform Music for theater and research on choral theater.  

The Choir is made up of 3 different Choirs, English service Choir, Yoruba service Choir and Teenager church Choir. we are about 120 in number.

Reading A440 Choir presents choral Music with the added dimension of multi-media storytelling and the incorporation of non-choral arts supplementing our Music in our performances. We also like to enter competitions.

We're a Choir of about 15 people, singing secular Music from all genres and from all times (from the sixteenth century onwards, that is). And provided that it's a cappella Music. Even within these limits, there's still an awful lot of pieces left ...

The group's normal size is...  moreExultate (Egg-sul-TAH-teh) is a chamber Choir and orchestra, based in the Twin Cities, MN, founded in 1996 by Dr. Thomas D. Rossin, conductor. Exultate is the Twin Cities' only professional Choir with a self-contained orchestra. The group's normal size is about 45 singers and 22 instrumentalists. Once a year Exultate expands its ranks to become a larger-than-chamber Festival Choir and orchestra, performing and recording such major works for voices and instruments as A German Requiem by Brahms (sung in English), The Seven Last Words of Christ by Théodore Dubois (also in English), Mozart's Grand Mass in C Minor, Francis Poulenc's Gloria, the Mass in B Minor by Johann Sebastian Bach and the Requiems of Gabriel Fauré and John Rutter. Exultate has produced nineteen recordings so far - seven are Christmas albums with unique Christmas carol arrangements, many written especially for Exultate.
