Join our singing family of 30+ members Develop your music and performance skills, and share your voice in an amazing way. We’ve raised thousands for various charities through our Concerts and perform regularly in events such as festivals, open days, fairs and more. We enjoy ‘giving back’ to our community so if you do too, we’ll make a great fit! No auditions - Everyone is welcome – teenagers and adults. Ensemble Laude is a community of women united by a passion for choral music and The vision of our Artistic Director, Elizabeth MacIsaac. We celebrate The beauty and resilience of women’s vocal traditions through The ages and seek to share this art form through joyful, Soulful, and life-enhancing performances that gladden The heart, lift The spirit, and expand The mind. Ensemble Laude began in 1998 with a group of 12 singers focused solely on medieval music. It has since expanded into a vibrant community choir of over 50 vocalists. They also tour extensively, and have performed in US, Canada, Australia, Singapore, Seychelles and across Europe. We welcome visiting choirs and enjoy joining with oTher youth choirs in Concerts. We have a training choir for younger singers, and a choir for boys whose Voices have changed.
