The Choir represents a Community of exceptional talent and passion for music. The East Rand Youth Choir hosts prestigious choir festivals annually for both high school and primary school choirs. The aim of these festivals are to motivate and inspire these choirs in order to achieve true development and innovation for our youth. As a result of the love they had for choir music, they felt a need for a school choir to ...  moreUviwe Senior Secondary School Choir, shortly know as Uviwe SSS Choir was founded in 1997 by a group of students, most of whom used to sing in various church choirs. As a result of the love they had for choir music, they felt a need for a school choir to be established. From the first year of its existence, choir was trained and prepared for the schools’ eisteddfods by two fellow students. In 1998, they both matriculated. In the following year these students continued with the choir training and were compensated for their services by the School Governing Body (SGB). In 2001 they were snatched by nearby schools that were willing to pay them better wages and the SGB had to look for other people who could assist with choir training from the community. This continued until 2004, when the school employed a teacher who studied music at university. In 2009 another teacher, who studied music too, came and volunteered his services at the school. We pe...  moreA group of Stellenbosch University Medical and Health Sciences students who are inspired by the Word of God and use music as a platform to spread the Gospel. We are all from different denominations but we serve the one and only true living God. We perform at corporate events, music festivals and at our annual Clash of the choirs event  

We are a ladies' a cappella Chorus who sing in barbershop style. We are based in Aberdeenshire, in north-east Scotland. As well as Scottish favourites, our repertoire includes traditional barbershop as well as recent pop and rock tunes.
