It was established on July 2013 by music educator and conductor Mr. Aristeo B. Butial through The help of Their principal Mr. Willy D. Federico and head teacher of MAPEH Department Mr. Emeterio S. Vargas Jr. It became one of The pillars of performing arts in The said school promoting culture and arts through choral music.
In 2015, when The Special Program in The Arts established, The group was tied up in order to utilize and serve as training ground for students majoring music with an emphasis in voice performance. Presently, The program is supervised by Mr. Ranier R. Gaspar as program coordinator.

Tamariki offers a focus on thorough and excellent music education, with singers learning about healthy vocal production, The body-voice connection, and vibrant performance presence as well as a strong emphasis on musical literacy, music Theory, and sightsinging skills. As with all our ensembles, Tamariki provides a secure and accepting social environment where all singers feel Their importance as members of The group. Most importantly, Tamariki has fun and creates exciting music!
To better address The different needs and abilities of this diverse age range, The choir is now split into two streams:
Tamariki 1 is for singers in Kindergarten and Grade 1. (Singers must be 5 years old by March 1, 2014 in order to register.)
Tamariki 2 is for singers in Grades 2 and 3.

The choir is non-audition, and is open to all singers and would-be singers, ages 14 to 84 (and beyond).
NHS&LCC is The New Hope area’s musical voice. We’ll be There a few times a year with concerts, we’ll be singing at community events, for Christmas caroling, at nursing homes & rehab centers, and more. less

The Choir is conducted and creatively inspired by its Artistic Director and Conductor Alicja Szeluga, an educator and choral music aficionado. The Vocal Coach Marzena Michałowska, and accompanying pianist Czesław Łynsza, as well as percussionist Beata Polak complete The musical team.
The SKOWRONKI Girls Choir also has programs for younger groups. The ensemble is consists of 140 girls aged between 6 and 22. The singers of The choir are secondary school students as well as students from universities of Poznań. The group’s repertoire rediscovers and promotes works of various composers from different periods as well as performs pieces commissioned especially for The choir.
